Employee Sales and Marketing (m/f/d)

at our location in Planegg to grow and strategically develop our global sales and marketing team.

With us, you can expect:

  • Participation in our sales and marketing strategy and its implementation
  • Maintaining and expanding sustainable customer relationships
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers, prospects and cooperation partners
  • Point of contact for incoming inquiries, involvement in RFI, RFQ and CR processes, quoting and conducting contract and price negotiations
  • Cooperation in analysis, evaluation and optimization of sales processes and tools
  • Continuous monitoring of market and customer developments as well as carrying out competitor analysis
  • Contribution to the strategic, targeted positioning of our company in relevant networks and groups, as well as presence and networking at conferences and events relevant to target groups
  • Possibility for further development with personnel management


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration and/or engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales and marketing as well as extensive expertise, which you can use strategically, organizationally as well as operationally
  • Experience and personal network in the field of automotive audio / NVH / Embeddded software are an advantage
  • Interest in developing both new and established business areas and contributing to shape a growing company
  • You have very good analytical skills and enjoy working independently, structured, solution-oriented and on your own responsibility
  • Openness and a distinct sense for language and communication coupled with assertiveness and negotiating skills
  • Intercultural competence, customer orientation, team player and desire for interdisciplinary cooperation
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English as well as German
  • Willingness to travel globally meeting customers and partners to take up their requests and challenges and work on solutions
